Purenco AS is targeting three business areas:
Purenco Power: Converting ocean wave energy into electricity delivered to the grid. Using both onshore and offshore versions of the wave energy converter.
Purenco Freshwater: Producing freshwater from seawater using the company’s wave energy technology to power reverse osmosis systems.
Purenco Pressure: Converting wave energy to pressurize oil & gas reservoirs to increase lifetime.
First priority for Purenco AS is to commercialize Purenco Freshwater.
